Shredded Beef
1 pound flank steak, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon oregano powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Shred the meat, set aside. Heat the olive oil in medium heat. Add all the ingredients except the meat. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the meat, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with white rice and corn.
